NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST EARLEAN TENSLEY A/K/A EARLEAN BAILEY TENSLEY, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ANNA TENSLEY SPEIGHTS, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF EARLEAN TENSLEY, DECEASED; ALICE TENSLEY LAMPLEY, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF EARLEAN TENSLEY, DECEASED; LEOLA TENSLEY BOUIE. AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF THE ESTATE OF EARLEAN TENSLEY, DECEASED; VANNIE LEE TENSLEY. AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF THE ESTATE OF EARLEAN TENSLEY, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/13/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
