NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006677 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA19, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA19 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT C. CHRYSLER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT C. CHRYSLER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAWN FIELDS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A STEVEN FIELDS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
