Apartment 79, Building B34 of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT 38, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4425, page 46 and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Page 116, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, on the 19th day of June, 2013 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
