Final Judgment was awarded on February 27, 2013 in Civil Case No.:10-008182-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, HOWARD C. WHITLEY A/K/A HOWARD WHITLEY; HEIDI M. KARING A/K/A HEIDI KARING; MERS, AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on June 05, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
