NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure docketed May 1st, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-649 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for the registered holders of Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2007-HE5 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-HE5, is Plaintiff and Richard R. Whitmyer, Tory A. Whitmyer, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 67, COUNTRYSIDE - TRACT 58, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 80, Page(s) 30-31, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 3376 Wind Chime Drive, Clearwater, FL 33761
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
