NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-010963-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and THAO H. TRAN A/K/A THAO HONG TRAN; CIEGA VILLAGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION INC.; CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF CAVALRY INVESTMENTS, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF AMERICAN INVESTMENT BANK; DOVE INVESTMENT CORP; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JUNE 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 124, THE LAKES UNIT II, PHASE I, SECTION IV, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
