NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-9437-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Villas of Somerset Woods Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Dale A. Dyck and Norma K. Dyck are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on May 30, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 9, Building 2, Villas of Somerset Woods, Inc. a Condominium, together with an undivided interest share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. In accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Villas of Somerset Woods, Inc., a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5488, Page 2095, and amendments thereto, if any, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 67, Pages 35 through 41, inclusive as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
