NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11010904CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County Public Auction website, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, 9, AND 10 AND THE EAST 1/2 AT VACATED ALLEY, LYING WEST OF SAID LOTS 9 AND 10, AND THE SOUTH 17 FEET OF LOT 8, ALL IN BLOCK 1, OAK RIDGE NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
