NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-006811-CICI-08, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-AR8 Trust, is Plaintiff and CECILY M. CRANSTON; TODD M. CRANSTON; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, THE LAKES OF PINE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE 51 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
