Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 24, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT 5, BUILDING 16, (BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS 2460-5) FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE VILLAS AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IV, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 115 THROUGH 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON JUNE 5, 1980, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5031, PAGE 1311, AND AMENDED TO ADD PHASES IV, V AND X, FILED NOVEMBER 7, 1980 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5103, PAGES 1956 THROUGH
1962, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2460 ENTERPRISE RD #5, CLEARWATER, FL 33763; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
