NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-006903 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and , YELENA CASEY and THE WOODS OF FOREST LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, THE WOODS OF FOREST LAKES, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGES 90 THROUGH 92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
