YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Lot 8, Block 83, Mainlands of Tamarac by the Gulf Unit No. Four, a Condominium together with undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3773, Page 95, as amended in O.R. Book 4300, Page 555, O.R. Book 4788, Page 292, O.R. Book 5435, Page 908, O.R. Book 6158, Page 1969, O.R. Book 6939, Page 970, O.R. Book 6951, Page 1844, O.R. Book 6954, Page 1659, O.R. Book 8966, Page 380, O.R. Book 7131, Page 1256, and all its attachments and amendments, as is recorded in Condominium Plat book 10, Pages 54 through 62, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, a/k/a 9867 34th Way North, Pinellas Park, Florida 33782, together with all attachments and appurtenances therein and thereon.
