NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-018380 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and KHAYTHONG LODLIEMPHRACHANH AND LATDA LODLIEMPHRACHANH, HIS WIFE; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, OF HOERNER HOMESITES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, AT PAGE 93, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
