NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County shall sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 1, Building E, IMPERIAL COURT CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS III, a Condominium, and an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, pages 7 through 9, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 2885, Page 288, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
More commonly known as: 1433 South Belcher Road #E1, Clearwater, FL 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on June 6, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
