NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure docketed May 1st, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-12258C of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC4, is Plaintiff and David Kelly a/k/a David L. Kelly, Cach LLC, United States of America, Unknown Spouse of David Kelly a/k/a David L. Kelly, Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00A.M. on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8 and Lot 9, less the East 25 feet, in Block A, of Arcadia Annex, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 71, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
