Notice is given that pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale dated May 7, 2013 entered in Case No. 2012-003038-CI of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, in which Regions Bank is the Plaintiff and LIMNOS SPONGE COMPANY, INC. and GEORGE DELLIS are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of July, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGIN 200 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 3, BLOCK 62, OF THE ORIGINAL MAP OF THE CITY OF TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN NORTH 117 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST 250 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 117 FFET, THENCE RUN EAST 250 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST.
