NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-005624-XX-CICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Walter J. Kyles, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation, United States of America, Universal Bonding, Inc., Villa Valencia Garden Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
