CONDOMINIUM UNIT E, BUILDING 11, THE GARDENS OF FOREST LAKES, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6084, PAGE 683, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 41-48, AND AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 4-6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 134 SYCAMORE LN #E, OLDSMAR, FL 34677; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
