NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-009797-CO , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE GARDENS OF FOREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and STEPHEN F. GERHARD are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on August 9, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit C, Building 18 and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of the Gardens of Forest Lakes, A Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 6084, Page 683 through 732, inclusive, and amended in O.R. Book 6208, Page 1052 and in O.R. Book 6451, Pages 1047 through 1051, inclusive (adding Phase 18) and amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 87, page 41 through 48, inclusive; and as amended in Condominium Plat Book 95, Pages 1 through 3, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
