NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on May 2, 2013 by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
That certain condominium parcel described as Unit 1501, Building 15, CYPRESS TRACE NORTH CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of CYPRESS TRACE NORTH CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, as recorded in O.R. Book 5510, page 1765, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 68, pages 28-37, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
