NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 9, HARVARD ARMS TOWNHOUSES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 58 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH a perpetual, nonexclusive easement for ingress and egress in common with others over the drainage and utility easement, also known as Abbey Court and Abbey Crescent Lane, as noted upon the plat of said Harvard Arms Townhouses recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 58, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3039 Abbey Crescent Court, Clearwater, Florida 33759.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 14, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
