NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-015997, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and ANN M. DAVIS AKA ANN MARIE DAVIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANN M DAVIS; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WINDING WOOD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM X ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 30th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 58B, WINDINGWOOD CONDOMINIUM X, PHASE VI, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4819, PAGE 913 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 77 TO 82, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
