NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522012CA009690XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ALAN D. HOPSON SR; JULIE M. HOPSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICE, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 5th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 & 19, BLK 2, MELROSE SUB 1ST ADD, PLAT BOOK 6 PAGE 70 OF PUBLIC RECORDS IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
