NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12004853CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and BETTY PELISSIER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETTY PELISSIER; RENEE PELISSIER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RENEE PELISSIER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COLONIAL BANK F/K/A COLONIAL BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK, N.A.; CORDOVA GREENS FIRST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 31st day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENT NO. 401, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF CORDOVA GREENS FIRST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN O.R. 3684, PAGES 751 THROUGH 828 AS AMENDED IN O.R. 4779, PAGE 1290, IN O.R. 5127, PAGE 1121, AND IN O.R. 6735, PAGE 687, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
