NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522009CA011443XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-4 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is Plaintiff and JOHN R. CONNELL; ELIZABETH E. CONNELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 60 FEET OF THE WEST 120 FEET OF THE NORTH 160 FEET OF FARM 33 IN THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST OF PINELLAS FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, LESS THE NORTH 10 FEET THEREOF, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SAID SECTION 17, RUN THENCE SOUTH 00°11'10” WEST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF FARM 33, 25.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°28'17” EAST, 60 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 89°28'17” EAST, 60.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°11'10” WEST, 149.91 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°27'42” WEST, 60.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00°11'10” EAST, 149.90 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
