NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-029458 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and MARC ANDREW SHOAF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARC ANDREW MARC ANDREW SHOAF; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; VISCONTI MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; VISCONTI WEST CONDOMINUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 13-108, BUILDING 13, OF VISCONTI WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8253, PAGE 1955, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. AND TOGETHER WITH ANY NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND EASEMENTS FOR VISCONTI RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8066, PAGE 4223, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
