NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-023622-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and FABRIZIO ANDARA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FABRIZIO ANDARA; FREDIZ R. AREVALO; JOHN DOE; VILLANOVA AT HUNTER'S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 109 IN BUILDING 1 OF VILLANOVA AT HUNTER'S CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8103 AT PAGE 2271 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
