NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-008565-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and WENDY ZEBALLOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WENDY ZEBALLOS IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; WHISPER LAKES MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CITIBANK, FSB; DRIRITE OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, INC.; CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, WHIPSER LAKES, UNIT 6 AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
