NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-006231-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and MICHAEL MARSHALL A/K/A MICHAEL D MARSHALL; KYNYATTA MARSHALL A/K/A KYNYATTA MICHELLE MARSHALL; GUY MERTLE; UNKNOWN TENTANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; SILVER PINES POINTE PHASE 2 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SILVER PINES POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; CLERK OF THE COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, SILVER PINES POINTE, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 139 THROUGH 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
