NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013230-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1 is Plaintiff and OMAYRA VAZQUEZ; FRANK Y. RANGEL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FALCON TRACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, FALCON TRACE, UNIT 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 65 THROUGH 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
