NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of October, 2009, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-009864-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County Public Auction website, www.orange.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ½ OF THE SOUTH 3/4 OF THE SOUTH ½ OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND; BEGINNING AT THE NW CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE QUARTER SECTION LINE, 2145 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH 3/4 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THECE NORTH THE NORTH LINE OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE WEST 15 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
