NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-029398-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2007-RS2, is Plaintiff, and KELVIN MOORE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 60, PRAIRIE LAKE VILLAGE, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 69 AND 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE County, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
