Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order dated May 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-021466-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff, and GABRIEL ALMEYDA, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 82, STONEGATE, WINDSOR WALK - UNIT 3 AND 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 22, 23, AND 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of August, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
