Final Judgment was awarded on November 30, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-008954-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and, ADELA N. OBESO; THE HAMPTONS AT METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on June 4, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 102, BUILDING NO. 47, THE HAMPTONS AT METROWEST, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7830, PAGE 2283, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
