NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-021396-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Fredderick N. Dacanay; Mylene Dacanay, a/k/a Mylene G. Dacanay; Flanagan Properties, Inc. as Trustee of the Williamette Circle Trust dated October 12, 2006; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Williamette Circle Trust Dated October 12, 2006; Bank of America, N.A.; Ashington Park Homeowners Association, Inc.; and John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 6, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Stonemeade, Phase 5, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 62 through 64, inclusive of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remainning funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
