CONDOMINIUM UNIT 508 E, PHASE 1, PROMENADE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PROMENADE, A CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7978, PAGE 4520, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6312 BUFORD ST #508, ORLANDO, FL 32835; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on June 17, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
