NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-024226 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and LAM PHUOC LE, BEACON PARK MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., BEACON PARK PHASE 1 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., D R HORTON INC, GINN PROPERTY DRI PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LOAN BUI, CUC THU NGUYEN, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND BENEFICIARIES, OF CUONG QUOC LE, DECEASED IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 13th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, OF LA CASADA PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, AT PAGE (S) 101 THROUGH 111, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
