NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 3, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-014133-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and vanessa lorraine sanchez /k/a vanessa l. sanchec n/k/a vanessa lorraine giorgio , edgardo sanchez, pamela r sanchez, bridgewater village master property owners' association, inc, summerport residential property owners' association, inc., clerk of circuit court in and for orange county, florida, a political subdivision of the state of florida, state of florida, mortgage electronic registration systems, inc, sun charm ranch, inc., unknown tenant (s) n/k/a lisa roundtree, unknown spouse of vanessa lorraine sanchez a/k/a vanessa l. sanchec n/k/a vanessa lorraine giorgio, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
