NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 2, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-034432-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and gilbert borges, jr. a/k/a gilbert a. borges, jr. a/k/a gilbert a. borges, ana patricia borges, rose point homeowners association, inc., bank of america, n.a., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 133, Rosemont Section Thirteen, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 1 through 3, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
