NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-015686-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and JOSE WILTON ALVAREZ CASTILLO A/K/A JOSE W ALVAREZ CASTILLO A/K/A ALVAREZ CASTILLO, AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK, ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORP, THE PALMS CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE WILTON ALVAREZ CASTILLO A/K/A JOSE W ALVAREZ CASTILLO A/K/A ALVAREZ CASTILLO N/K/A JOSE W ALVAREZ CASTILLO A/K/A ALVAREZ CASTILLO, GE MONEY BANK, A CORPORATION F/K/A GE CAPITAL CONSUMER CARD CORPORATION. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 13th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 307, BUILIDING 14, OF THE PALMS CLUB CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9007, PAGE 2138 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
