NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-012512-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN , A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NA is the Plaintiff and BRENDON E. SPALDING, BMACK INVESTMENTS, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A VICKY ROBERTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 13th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK M, WEST ORLANDO SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK J, PAGE 114, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO A RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF ORLANDO AS FOLLOWS; BEGIN 10 FEET EAST OF NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 7, BLOCK M, WEST ORLANDO SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK J, PAGE 114, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN WEST 10 FEET TO SAID NW CORNER, THENCE SOUTH 10 FEET, THENCE NORTHEAST 14.14 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
