UNIT NO. 1122 OF HERITAGE ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8428 AT PAGE 4490 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION.
