NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-038703-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A11CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-K UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and AMANDA PELTO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF drop AMANDA PELTO drop; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; NATIONAL CITY BANK; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
