NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-009459-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2006-D, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2006-D UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPT 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and SUSAN CORREDOR A/K/A SUSAN SANTANA; LEONARDO E. CORREDOR; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; DANIEL'S LANDING ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 110, DANIELS LANDING, ACCORIDNG TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 3 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
