NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-15936-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and FABRICIO NEDER A/K/A FABRICO NEDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FABRICIO NEDER AKA FABRICO NEDER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JNS DEVELOPMENT, LLC; PALMA VISTA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, METROWEST UNIT TWO REPLAT ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 120 THROUGH 121, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
