NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2012-CA-000598, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, is Plaintiff, and DAVID BONNES A/K/A DAVID H. BONNES; MARIE D. BONNES A/K/A MARIA D. BONNES; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; TALA LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of August, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8, BUILDING D, PHASE II, TALA LAKES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 928, AT PAGE 1324, AT PAGE 150, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDMINIUM IN BOOK 7, PAGES 35A THROUGH 35H, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 75A THROUGH 75E, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
This property is located at the Street address of: 4064 OAKVIEW DRIVE, BLDG D, UNIT D-8, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33980.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
