NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30 day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11003650CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SHINY JACOB and JOY SAJUMON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 15 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE NORTH HALF OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 42 SOUTH, RANGE 23, EAST, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
FROM THE EAST QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 16, RUN SOUTH 89°13' 53” WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH HALF OF SAID SECTION 16, A DISTANCE OF 313.33 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE, CONTINUE, SOUTH 89°13' 53” WEST, ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH HALF, A DISTANCE OF 329.62 FEET: THENCE, NORTH 00°46' 07” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 659.62 FEET: THENCE, NORTH 89°16' 22” EAST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTH HALF OF SAID SECTION 16, A DISTANCE OF 329.62 FEET: THENCE, SOUTH 00°46' 07” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 659.38 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH AN INGRESS EGRESS EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTH 60 FEET OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTH HALF OF SAID SECTION 16.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
