NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2012-CA-002275, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and ANDREW R. DANIELS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW R. DANIELS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; LAKE VIEW IV CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE LAKE PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

UNIT 106, BUILDING G, PHASE 1, LAKE VIEW IV CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2995, PAGE 359, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 5A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 2121 HERON LAKE DR., PUNTA GORDA, FL 33983.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
