Notice is hereby given that in the estate of RONALD E WICHMAN, deceased, the Clerk of the Circuit court holds unclaimed funds that have not been distributed by the personal representative, DOUGLAS WICHMAN, in the amount of $3,000. The heir, KAREN ROEBUCK, or any interested party must contact Dwight E Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Probate Department at the Collier County Courthouse, 3301 E Tamiami Trail, Naples Fl 34112, phone (239) 252-2728. After the expiration of six months from the date of the first publication of this notice, the undersigned Clerk shall deposit the afore-mentioned funds with the Chief Financial Officer of the State of Florida, after deduction of the fees and the costs of this publication, pursuant to Florida Statues 733.816.
