NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 13, 2013, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 12-01713-CA, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the public sale, on the 3rd floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112,at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on June 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, Block D, COCONUT CREEK UNIT NO. 3, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 48, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
